Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits, failed-generation issues, chargebacks, and consumer withdrawal rights are handled for ReimagineHome AI by Styldod, Inc. ("Styldod," "ReimagineHome," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies to the ReimagineHome website, mobile applications, AI tools, paid entitlements, subscriptions, and credits.
2. Purchase and Billing Context
At launch, the mobile app does not process purchases through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Purchases are not completed inside the mobile app. Paid entitlements may be processed outside the app by third-party payment processors where permitted. Refunds for those transactions are handled by ReimagineHome support and/or the payment processor used for the transaction.
If we introduce Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, or another app-store billing method in the future, refund and cancellation terms for those purchases may be subject to the applicable app store's rules and refund process.
3. Voluntary Refund Eligibility for Non-Statutory Refunds
Unless a different rule is required by law, you may be eligible for a voluntary refund if all of the following are true: you cancel your monthly subscription and request the refund within 7 days of your initial paid purchase; you have used fewer than 10 credits under that purchase or subscription period; and your account has not violated our Terms, abused credits, or engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse.
Used credits are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where we approve a remedy for a verified technical issue.
4. EEA and UK 14-Day Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital content or digital service purchase within 14 days. This right may be lost where you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose the withdrawal right once digital performance begins, to the extent permitted by law.
Recommended checkout consent language: "I expressly consent to ReimagineHome beginning the digital service and/or digital content immediately. I understand that once the service begins or credits/design generations are made available or used, I may lose my 14-day withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law."
If the required consent and acknowledgment are not obtained where required, we will honor the statutory withdrawal right as required by law. This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 7-day/10-credit refund rule.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available where the refund request is made after the applicable refund window; the account has used 10 or more credits under the current refund rule; credits, generations, downloads, or paid features have already been used; you are dissatisfied with a valid AI-generated output after credits were consumed; the issue is caused by unsupported uploads, restricted content, poor-quality source images, inaccurate prompts, or use outside supported home-design cases; the subscription was not cancelled before renewal; you deleted or uninstalled the app, deleted the account, or stopped using the Service but did not cancel the subscription; or the account was suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or misuse.
6. Failed Generations and Technical Issues
If a generation fails because of a verified technical issue with ReimagineHome, we may, at our discretion and where permitted by law, restore the affected credit, provide a replacement generation, extend access, provide a service credit, or approve a refund where appropriate.
A result is not a technical failure only because the design style, furniture, color, layout, product match, or AI interpretation is not exactly what you expected.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. After cancellation, you may continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period unless your access is revoked due to a refund, policy violation, chargeback, fraud, account deletion, or another reason permitted by our Terms.
Deleting or uninstalling the mobile app, not using the Service, or deleting the account does not automatically create a refund right. If you delete your account, active entitlements associated with that account may be cancelled as part of deletion, and unused credits may become unavailable.
8. How to Cancel
To cancel, log in to your ReimagineHome account, go to Dashboard or Account Settings, open "My Plan" or "Manage Plan," select "Cancel Subscription," and follow the steps shown. You may also contact help@reimaginehome.ai if you need help locating the cancellation option.
9. How to Request a Refund
For eligible purchases, email info@reimaginehome.ai with the subject line "Request for Refund" and include the email address linked to your ReimagineHome account, purchase date, plan or credit package purchased, reason for the request, and relevant screenshots or error details. We may ask for additional information to verify your account, purchase, usage, or issue before approving or denying a refund.
10. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund within 10 business days after approval, and in any case no later than required by applicable law. Your bank, card issuer, or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
11. Chargebacks and Abuse
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to paid features while the dispute is reviewed, to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in refund abuse, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or misuse of credits. Nothing in this policy limits refund, withdrawal, or chargeback rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Where required or where changes are material, we may notify users by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another appropriate method.
