Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

You may not use the Service if prohibited by applicable laws, sanctions, or export controls.

3. Definitions

• “User Content”: Content you upload such as images, prompts, or text.
• “Output”: AI-generated images, designs, budgets, or recommendations.
• “Third-Party Merchant”: External sellers of products shown in the Service.
• “Budget Estimate”: Any cost or price estimate shown in the Service.

4. The Service and AI-Generated Output

The Service uses generative artificial intelligence to produce Outputs based on your inputs. AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results.

Outputs are provided for inspiration and conceptual purposes only and may vary between generations.

5. Not Professional Advice; Construction & Safety

The Service does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, or legal advice.

Outputs are not blueprints, are not to scale, and must not be relied upon for construction, permitting, or safety decisions. You are responsible for verifying dimensions, materials, and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Real Estate Advertising & Digitally Altered Images

If you use Outputs for real estate marketing, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable disclosure laws and MLS rules, including clearly identifying digitally altered or virtually staged images.

7. Third-Party Products & Merchants

Styldod does not sell or warrant third-party products. Any purchase you make is solely between you and the third-party merchant.

Product prices, availability, and shipping information may be inaccurate or outdated.

8. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide prorated refunds unless required by law.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, violate laws, infringe rights, scrape data, reverse engineer systems, or use Outputs to train competing AI models.

10. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Styldod a limited license to process it solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Styldod will not use your User Content in public marketing without explicit permission.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data and is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Output Rights

Subject to your plan and compliance with these Terms, you are granted a license to use Outputs. Commercial usage depends on your subscription plan.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create legal or security risk.

14. Disclaimers

The Service and Outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styldod’s total liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

16. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Most disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
