Terms of Use

Important notice: These Terms contain limitations of liability, arbitration language, and a class-action waiver. They affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Styldod, Inc. (“Styldod,” “ReimagineHome,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of ReimagineHome AI, including our website, mobile applications, AI tools, account features, design features, support channels, and related services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” downloading or using the mobile app, accessing the website, using the Service, or using any paid or free feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, brokerage, agency, design firm, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you may use the Service only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
The Service is not intended for children under 16. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or these Terms.
3. What ReimagineHome Provides
ReimagineHome uses AI-assisted technology to help users visualize home interiors, exteriors, staging, renovation concepts, landscaping, furniture and product placement, and related home-design ideas. Outputs are generated based on your inputs and may vary from generation to generation.
The Service is intended for visualization, inspiration, planning, communication, and conceptual design support. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Outputs are not professional plans, construction drawings, permits, guarantees, product warranties, or legal compliance opinions.
4. App-Store Terms and Mobile App Use
If you download or use the mobile app through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app marketplace, your use is also subject to that store’s terms and policies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory app-store terms, the mandatory app-store terms control only to the extent of the conflict.
At launch, the mobile app does not process purchases through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Certain paid entitlements may be processed outside the app by third-party payment processors where permitted. The mobile app may allow signed-in users to access eligible account features, credits, outputs, and entitlements associated with their account.
Some features may require device permissions, such as camera, photo library or storage, notifications, or other permissions. You can manage permissions through device settings. If you disable permissions, some features may not work correctly.
5. Apple App Store Provisions
For the iOS app, these Terms are between you and Styldod, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service, content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims relating to the Service, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s own terms.
To the extent the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app, it applies as a minimum set of terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
If the iOS app offers a third-party or social login service for the primary user account, we will offer Sign in with Apple or another Apple-compliant equivalent login option where required by Apple’s rules.
6. Google Play Provisions
For the Android app, Google Play terms and policies may also apply. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for providing support, maintenance, refunds, or warranties for the Service except as required by Google Play policies or applicable law.
7. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. Notify us promptly at help@reimaginehome.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
8. User Content
“User Content” means content you upload, submit, enter, or provide to the Service, including images, prompts, annotated images, reference images, project details, room or property information, style preferences, feedback, and support materials. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Styldod and its service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, transform, transmit, display, and create Outputs from your User Content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, moderate, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload, submit, process, and use your User Content, including any property images, reference images, third-party design assets, brand materials, and images that may include people, private property, copyrighted works, trademarks, or other third-party rights.
9. Outputs and Output Rights
“Output” means AI-generated or AI-assisted images, edits, design concepts, recommendations, product suggestions, or other results generated through the Service. Subject to your plan, payment status, and compliance with these Terms, you may use Outputs for personal or commercial purposes permitted by your plan and applicable law.
Outputs may not be unique, exclusive, accurate, buildable, purchasable, compliant, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using them publicly, commercially, in real estate marketing, with clients, or for real-world decisions.
Outputs may be labeled, watermarked, tagged, or accompanied by metadata indicating that they are AI-generated or AI-assisted. You must not remove, obscure, or misrepresent AI labels where doing so would violate law, platform rules, MLS rules, advertising rules, or these Terms.
10. Not Professional Advice; Construction and Safety
The Service does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, surveying, legal, safety, permit, code-compliance, tax, financial, or professional design advice. Outputs are not blueprints, construction drawings, measurements, inspection reports, or professional plans. They may not be to scale and must not be relied on for construction, permitting, structural changes, electrical work, plumbing work, safety decisions, or legal compliance.
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making real-world design, construction, renovation, purchase, safety, listing, or legal decisions.
11. Real Estate, MLS, Advertising, and Digitally Altered Images
If you use Outputs for real estate marketing, listings, MLS submissions, advertising, property promotion, client presentations, or brokerage workflows, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, MLS rules, platform rules, brokerage policies, advertising rules, disclosure requirements, and professional standards.
Digitally altered, virtually staged, enhanced, or AI-generated images may require clear disclosure, labels, original-photo availability, or other notices. You must review Outputs before publication and add required disclosures. Any MLS-aware, real-estate-safe, or compliance-support feature is not a guarantee that an Output complies with every MLS, jurisdiction, brokerage, or platform rule.
12. Prohibited Content and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Service only for lawful, permitted, home-related design and visualization purposes. You must not upload, submit, generate, request, share, or use content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, exploitative, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable; exploits, harms, sexualizes, or endangers children; infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or property rights; includes private images or property images you are not authorized to use; includes sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the Service; attempts to identify, exploit, harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm a person; creates or facilitates deepfakes, scams, misinformation, fraud, illegal activity, self-harm, dangerous activity, malware, or malicious code; bypasses safety filters, usage limits, billing controls, access controls, or moderation systems; scrapes, reverse engineers, overloads, probes, or interferes with the Service; or uses Outputs, prompts, or Service data to train competing AI systems without our permission.
We may reject, block, mark as unsupported, remove, restrict, disable, or refuse to generate content that violates these Terms, is unsupported by the Service, creates legal or safety risk, or falls outside home-design use cases.
13. Content Moderation, Reporting, Blocking, and Notice-and-Action
The Service may include user-uploaded, user-generated, AI-generated, shared, or publicly accessible content. We use automated and manual moderation tools to detect unsupported, illegal, infringing, or objectionable content. You can report or flag a specific output, shared link, project, or account in-app where the feature is available, or by contacting help@reimaginehome.ai or info@reimaginehome.ai.
Where user-to-user or public-sharing features are available, we may provide mechanisms to report content and, where applicable, block users, disable shared links, or restrict accounts. We may remove or disable access to content, outputs, links, or accounts after review. For clearly illegal, infringing, or policy-violating content, we aim to act within 24 hours after receiving a sufficiently substantiated notice or after confirming the violation, unless law or safety requires faster action.
For notices about illegal content, please include the specific URL, output ID, project link, account identifier, or other information that helps us locate the content; the reason you believe it is illegal or violates these Terms; your name and contact information; and a statement that your notice is accurate and submitted in good faith. We may notify the affected user, provide reasons for our decision where appropriate, and preserve records as required by law.
14. Intellectual Property and DMCA
Styldod, ReimagineHome, and the Service, including our software, design, interface, branding, models, workflows, templates, and documentation, are owned by Styldod or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you except the limited rights expressly stated.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright contact: Styldod, Inc., Attn: Copyright Agent, 3500 South Dupont Highway, Dover, Kent, Delaware 19901, USA; email: info@reimaginehome.ai. Your notice should include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA. We may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers. Before relying on DMCA safe-harbor procedures, Styldod should maintain a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
15. Subscriptions, Credits, Billing, and Cancellation
Some features may require a paid subscription, credits, one-time purchase, enterprise arrangement, or other paid entitlement. Paid entitlements may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal through the applicable account or billing-management flow.
Credits are usage units that may be used for eligible generations, edits, renders, downloads, or other paid features. Unless your plan expressly says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or currency; they are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash; and unused credits are not refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund or prorated refund unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy. Deleting or uninstalling the mobile app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you delete your ReimagineHome account, active entitlements associated with that account may be cancelled as part of account deletion.
16. Refunds and Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refund availability may depend on the transaction method, purchase type, billing platform, usage level, credit usage, subscription status, timing of the request, your location, and applicable law.
If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for digital content or digital services unless you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once digital performance begins, to the extent permitted by law. Our checkout or purchase flow may ask for that consent and acknowledgment where required.
17. Third-Party Products, Merchants, and Recommendations
The Service may display or reference third-party products, brands, merchants, prices, availability, shipping estimates, materials, dimensions, or recommendations. Styldod does not sell, manufacture, inspect, guarantee, or warrant third-party products. Any purchase from a third-party merchant is solely between you and that merchant.
Product prices, availability, dimensions, materials, shipping, compatibility, and suitability may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable in your location. You must verify details directly with the merchant before purchasing.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using the Service, you agree that we may handle information as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Account Deletion, Suspension, and Termination
You may initiate account deletion in the mobile app or request account deletion via this link: https://www.reimaginehome.ai/help#account-deletion. Account deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal/security risk, misused the Service, failed to pay required fees, infringed rights, submitted prohibited content, abused refunds or credits, or used the Service in a way that may harm Styldod, ReimagineHome, users, partners, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment, content rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
20. Disclaimers
The Service and Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, available in all regions, or suitable for your intended purpose.
We do not guarantee that Outputs will be realistic, buildable, purchasable, code-compliant, MLS-compliant, unique, non-infringing, accepted by any marketplace or real estate platform, or free from errors. You use the Service and Outputs at your own risk.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styldod’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to Styldod for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Styldod will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, loss of goodwill, or cost of substitute services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
22. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Styldod, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, use of Outputs, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the Service.
23. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
If a dispute arises, contact us first at info@reimaginehome.ai so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual-property misuse, security abuse, or unauthorized access.
You and Styldod agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, class arbitration, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative action, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This section does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
24. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise. Where court proceedings are permitted, the courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires another forum.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Where required or where changes are material, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another appropriate method. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires separate consent.
